Leadership & Personal Excellence
Build a repeatable personal leadership system that improves execution, communication, accountability, and the capacity of people around you.
After orientation
Learning materials
Start with orientation to review the source-first standard, privacy rules and learning process.
Start with OrientationLessons
- Leadership starts before title — increase clarity, trust, capability, ownership, and coordinated action.
- Turn goals into operating standards — define a 90-day outcome, weekly behaviors, daily minimum, review time, and correction rule.
- Discipline without drama — create a Minimum Viable Standard for difficult days.
- Communication: understand before explaining — use L.A.S.T.: Listen, Ask, Summarize, Then respond.
- Feedback and conflict — focus on observable behavior, impact, standard, blocker, and next commitment.
- Accountability is a service — track leading behaviors and outcomes separately so correction can happen early.
- Servant leadership — increase another person’s capability instead of taking over responsibility.
- Develop leaders, not dependence — demonstrate → practice together → observe → feedback → independent ownership → teach someone else.
- Your 30-Day Leadership Challenge — maintain daily standards, weekly reviews, useful feedback, capability-development actions, and a lesson log.
