Learning materials
Start with orientation to review the source-first standard, privacy rules and learning process.
Start with OrientationLessons
- Start with a problem, not a logo — define customer, problem, current alternative, desired result, and why change may be justified.
- Customer discovery and market validation — conduct behavior-based interviews before major spending.
- Build the offer — define audience, result, method, scope, price, timing, evidence, and boundaries.
- Pricing and unit economics — estimate direct cost, labor/time, acquisition cost, overhead, contribution, cash timing, and break-even.
- Ethical sales is guided decision-making — use permission, questions, clarity, respectful follow-up, and no hype or false urgency.
- Build a simple customer-acquisition system — select two or three acquisition lanes and weekly activity targets.
- Marketing that creates trust — rotate education, process, objections, permissioned proof, examples, and next-step invitations.
- Operations and customer journey — map Lead → Qualification → Agreement → Payment → Delivery → Quality → Follow-up → Retention/Referral.
- Bookkeeping and financial visibility — review revenue collected, direct costs, operating expenses, receivables/payables where relevant, cash, and obligations.
- Systems before scale — document repeatable work with trigger, owner, steps, evidence, exceptions, and review.
- KPI scoreboard — choose decision-linked metrics and define what action each metric triggers.
- 30/60/90 execution plan — validate, improve conversion/delivery, document repeatability, and expand only with evidence.

Evidence and reflection
Evidence should demonstrate action rather than disclosure. Acceptable evidence includes a redacted worksheet, checklist completion, scorecard, lesson reflection, source link, scheduled action, anonymized pattern summary, or finished plan. Never require account numbers, government identifiers, passwords, medical information, confidential client records, full credit reports, or private legal files.
