Lessons

  1. Helping Others Pursue Excellence — identify one area where knowledge is not yet matched by consistent execution.
  2. Excellence Is the Standard — define a minimum weekly standard using Define → Prepare → Execute → Measure → Correct → Repeat.
  3. Whole-person prosperity — audit mental, purpose/spiritual, physical, economic, generational, and community dimensions without requiring religious adherence.
  4. The Sevenfold Prosperity Cycle — apply Receive → Develop → Steward → Multiply → Preserve → Transfer → Serve to one resource.
  5. From consumer to contributor — identify a skill, resource, introduction, research item, template, or service contribution.
  6. Execution over motivation — create a 90-Day Excellence Plan with milestones, weekly scorecard, daily minimum, and accountability.
  7. Servant leadership — help another person take a next step without assuming ownership of their responsibility.
  8. Foundation completion challenge — combine outcome, standard, contribution, and service into one documented commitment.

Deliverables

  1. Whole-Person Self-Audit — six dimensions, 1–10 scores, one priority, first action, review date.
  2. Sevenfold Prosperity Worksheet — one resource mapped through Receive / Develop / Steward / Multiply / Preserve / Transfer / Serve.
  3. 90-Day Excellence Plan — outcome, three monthly milestones, weekly standards, daily minimum, evidence, accountability, correction rule.
  4. Weekly Standards Scorecard — targets, actuals, evidence, lesson, correction.
  5. Contribution Map — knowledge, skill, resource, introduction, time/service, first contribution date.
  6. Servant Leadership Reflection — obstacle, support offered, ownership retained by the other person, result, lesson.
  7. Foundation Completion Commitment — outcome + standard + contribution + service beneficiary + evidence + date.

Evidence and reflection

Evidence should demonstrate action rather than disclosure. Acceptable evidence includes a redacted worksheet, checklist completion, scorecard, lesson reflection, source link, scheduled action, anonymized pattern summary, or finished plan. Never require account numbers, government identifiers, passwords, medical information, confidential client records, full credit reports, or private legal files.
